Youth Fitness

The Circuit Room

Grades 6 and up.
Ages 10 -12 welcome too but you must have a parent/guardian in the circuit room. Work out on strength training equipment, agility equipment, treadmills, free weights, and rowers, plus 6 TVs.

Fitness Classes

Members ages 16+ can take any class.
Members ages 12-15 can take the following classes when accompanied by an adult:

Tuesday Pilates 4:30 pm
Cardio Body Works 5:30 pm

Wednesday Nia Conditioning 6:30 pm

Thursday Ballet Bar Fit Core 5:30 pm

Sunday Zumba 10:30 am
