Our trainers are qualified to help young athletes achieve their goals of becoming stronger, quicker and more flexible.

Careful attention is paid to training the growing, developing athlete. Training young adults has been the cornerstone of the YMCA since its inception. Youth personal training is also excellent for those seeking physical activity to keep healthy.

Tween Personal Training (Ages 8-12)

One on one or small group Tween Personal training for ages 8-12. This is a great way to learn healthy behaviors that will last a lifetime. A personal trainer can be another way to provide direction, structure, and strategies that help create a habit of healthy living and proper technique. Whether one on one or in a small group, we provide personalized attention to help you achieve your goals.

One-on-One Tween Training:

Group Rates (max 3 in group)
Get two friends or teammates and train together. The cost is per group which means you split the fee by the number of people in your group. (2 in a group, you pay 1/2, 3 in a group, you pay 1/3.)
