Coach Kenny Smith will be hosting a basketball skill development clinic for 6 weeks.
Players will learn important skills and techniques to improve their basketball play and performance. This clinic is designed to get players familiar with techniques that are vital for effective gameplay.
This clinic is a precursor to our 5th/6th Grade YBA basketball program which will be offered in the fall.
Players should bring a water bottle and wear appropriate clothing and sneakers.
Our philosophy at YMCA Youth Basketball Association (YBA) is that players need to develop their skills and love for the game while having fun and exercising!
Starts: Monday, August 12, 2024
Ends: Wednesday, September 18, 2024
Participant should choose either Monday or Wednesday.
- Age: 10 to 12-year-olds
- Time: Monday or Wednesdays – 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm (Each participant can only register for one timeslot)
- Location: Greater Morristown YMCA basketball gym – 79 Horsehill Road
- Fee: Member $125, Non-Member $150
Open to Members and Non-Members – Non-members must activate a Non-Member membership.
Registration opens: Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at 9:00 am
Registration closes: Monday, August 5, 11:59 pm.
ALL PROGRAMS AND MEMBERSHIPS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Refunds will not be given for cancellations resulting from fire, explosion, flood, storm, act of God, government acts, civil disturbances, labor difficulties, equipment breakdowns, COVID and its variants, or other circumstances beyond the YMCA’s control.
A GMYMCA Membership is not required for this program, however there is a difference in pricing depending on if your child is a member or not.
